Feelings and Emotions
Feelings:
Physical and mental sensations that we generate emotion internally. Feelings are cognitively saturated sense chemicals. Feelings occur when we are able to integrate emotions, to think about it, "let it remain inside" Feel emotionally cold.
This is a clue to the meaning of "spirit", it is something we understand. Feelings are more "cognitive saturated" because sense chemistry is processed in our brain and body. Feelings are often a mixture of emotions, and it lasts longer than emotions.
Emotions are the chemicals released in response to our interpretation of a specific trigger. To identify the trigger, our brain feels about 1/4 seconds and one and a half seconds for the production of chemicals. By the way, emotion chemicals are released not only in our body but throughout the body, and they create a kind of feedback loop between our brain and body. They live for about six seconds
Feelings are the emotional side of someone's character; emotional responses or tendencies to respond. Sensitivity to or intuitive understanding is a feeling. A feeling is an emotion, such as anger or happiness.
Your feelings about something are the things that you think and feel about it, or your attitude towards it. The feeling is a way of thinking and reacting to things which are emotional and not planned rather than logical and practical.
Feelings for someone is love, affection, sympathy, or concern for them. Feeling in part of your body is the ability to experience the sense of touch in this part of the body. If you have a feeling of being in a particular situation, you feel that you are in that situation. If you have a feeling for something, you have an understanding of it or a natural ability to do it.

If we do not have Feelings and Emotions, then we will not be separated from animals. It is the ability to argue and have feelings about the past and the future, which gives way to action which has allowed us to dominate the food chain. It has helped us shape the world through inventions and discoveries for our future and the will to survive.
Emotions are a living system in a complex and social formation. Feelings are how we mean spirit; They cause us to pay attention and react to the perceived threats or opportunities.
Feelings and Emotions are like waves, we can not stop them from coming, but we can choose which one to surf.

Why do we have Feelings and Emotions?
Feelings and Emotions are important because without them we will not be able to create and fulfil our goals. Without a sense of care, surprise, expectation and pride; We have not developed into a society. If we do not have Feelings and Emotions, then we will not be separated from animals. It is the ability to argue and have feelings about the past and the future, which gives way to action which has allowed us to dominate the food chain. Feelings and Emotions are like waves, we can not stop them from coming, but we can choose which one to surf.
Our Feelings and Emotions are like the air filled in a balloon. We keep them hidden from the rest of the world. But there comes a time when we can't hold back our emotions and we collapse. Our feelings get to burst out.
Every time you talk to others, you have the option to listen to their words, accept and go, or you can say what they are saying in private. To take things personally, it is often the result of understanding a person's actions or words as a collision or minor.
If you indulge in comment or action individually, you can help to make some distance between yourself and another person. Try to determine what is in the core of your emotions. Ask yourself if the other person's words or actions are strengthening some insecurity within you, or if you can really make sure that crime was intended. You may also want to ask them what they meant.
When you recognize that what someone said or is not necessarily anything to do with you, you will not feel hurt or assault anymore. Although it is easy to take things personally, you should not ever influence anybody's perceptions or actions how you see yourself or your value. Your life is personal for you, and it is up to you to influence the feeling of your own worth and well-being.
Memory and forgetfulness work together. Gives each other the same which is left for it, for which that is very much. When the memory is overloaded, it transforms its data into anonymity. Unwanted in oblivion.
Feelings can be defined as the "tale which we give to our Emotions"; (emotions being the feedback we get from our five sense.)
People have different Emotions because the sarcasm we add to any emotion is personal and connected to our unique past experiences.
It is just like the balloon in which we try to fill some extra air. When it goes up to its limit, it explodes. The only difference is that we can't see the air coming out from the balloon but we can see the pain of the person who tried his best but failed to keep hold of his emotions, his feelings.
Only if we are able to read the person's eyes and his heart. Try not to take everything personally, things that people say and don't always have anything to do with you.

To take something personally, you should read negative intentions in a person's words or actions. But what people do and say that there is no effect on you and usually based on their own experiences, emotions and perceptions. If you try to do what they do or say in person, then you may feel hurt without any reason.

Inside there are Emotions and memories which cannot be seduced and they are returned to memory. There are memories that disturb the oblivion, so we forget for a while and then the memories come back. Oblivion does not tolerate them and returns them to memory.
Finally, put yourself in the shoes of another person. Instead of taking his words as truth, or taking it as a personal fight, remember that whatever was said or done was based on his opinion and instead of what is happening with you What is going on inside them is more reflective. Maybe you are an easy goal for someone's bad day, and their comments have been presented without any wrong intention.
